Avocados have the highest oil content of all fruits and vegetables, the oil is rich in vitamins and minerals. Honey conditions and helps rehydrate dry tired skin while Olive Oil could have been designed for dry skin, easily absorbed. Predominately a facial moisturiser but great for all over use. 200g
